RICS Home Survey – Level 2 (Homebuyer Survey)

Ideal for modern properties in reasonable condition.


A Level 2 Home Survey offers a detailed visual inspection of the property and identifies:

RICS Home Survey – Level 3 (Building/Structural Survey)

Our most comprehensive survey. Recommended for older, altered, large or non-standard buildings.


A Level 3 survey provides an in-depth analysis of the property’s structure, construction and condition, including:
