Our Role as your Party Wall Surveyors

We review your drawings and proposed works to determine your obligations under the Act. We prepare and serve the Notices, explain the process to both owners, and manage all communications to keep the project on track.

We complete a detailed Schedule of Condition and prepare the Party Wall Award, setting out how the works must be undertaken and how any issues will be managed. We work impartially with all surveyors involved to ensure the Award is fair, accurate and legally compliant.

We provide ongoing support throughout the works and can carry out follow-up inspections where required. If any damage or concerns arise, we assess the situation and ensure the correct procedures in the Award are followed.
